I haven’t posted anything new on a blog in a while now because I didn’t have time and conditions to take photos of macarons and other things I have made. Weather here is really bad these days, it feels like evening all day because it is cloudy or is raining all the time.
Yesterday I tried a new recipe for blueberry muffins and I wasn’t satisfied at all! Lesson learned – if you have a perfect recipe for something, stick to it! So, I want to share my favorite recipe with you 😉 It is adopted from here. These muffins are soft, moist and delicious!
Dry ingredients:
- 250 g flour
- 3 tsp baking powder
Wet ingredients:
- 1 big egg
- 130 g sugar
- 1 pack vanilla sugar
- 3 tbsp oil
- 1,5 dl yogurt or milk
- 40 g butter
200 g blueberries (you can also use raspberries, sour cherries etc.)
Že nekaj časa nisem na blogu objavila ničesar novega, saj nisem imela časa in pogojev za fotografiranje makronov in ostalih stvari, ki sem jih naredila. Vreme tukaj je te dni zelo slabo, tudi čez dan imam občutek kot da je večer, saj je ves čas oblačno ali pa dežuje.
Suhe sestavine:
- 250 g moke
- 3 žličke pecilnega praška
Mokre sestavine:
- 1 veliko jajce
- 130 g sladkorja
- 1 zavoj vanilijevega sladkorja
- 3 žlice olja
- 1,5 dl jogurta ali mleka
- 40 g masla
200 g borovnic
Pečico segrej na 180 °C. V eni posodi zmešaj moko in pecilni prašek, v drugi jajce, sladkor, vanilijev sladkor, olje, maslo in jogurt (ali mleko). Suhe sestavine rahlo vmešaj v mokre (ne z mikserjem!), toliko, da se omočijo, na koncu vmešaj še borovnice. Maso razdeli v pekač za mafine (mase bi moralo biti za točno 12 mafinov). Peci 20-25 min, nato ugasni pečico in mafine pusti v ugasnjeni pečici še 3-4 minute.
Na (slabi) fotografiji so mafini, pečeni po tem receptu v silikonskih modelčkih. Uporabila sem borovnice z našega vrta, ki so podobne velikosti kot višnje 🙂
