Tomorrow is Valentine’s day … I’m not celebrating it but I just want to share these raspberry and choconut white chocolate macarons with you. I think they would make a perfect gift! I especially love white ones – I can not believe that I finally managed to make them so bright.

Jutri je Valentinovo … jaz ga ne praznujem, sem vam pa želela pokazati te makrončke, polnjene z malinovim in kokosovim polnilom z belo čokolado. Mislim, da bi bili idealno darilo! Še posebej so mi všeč beli – še vedno ne morem verjeti, da mi je končno uspelo narediti tako svetle.

These macarons were made for a wedding. Flavours: chocolate, vanilla, white chocolate with orange (I know that orange is more often combined with dark chocolate, but I wanted yellow filling and I think it came out very good :)).

Naslednji makroni so bili narejeni za poroko. Okusi: čokolada, vanilija in bela čokolada s pomarančo (vem, da se pomaranča pogosteje kombinira s temno čokolado, ampak sem želela rumeno kremo in mislim, da je odlično uspela :)).

These are my favourite till now. I really like the combination of all three colors, they remind me of an icecream.
Pink macarons are filled with raspberry dark chocolate ganache, the green ones with coconut cream and the brown ones with white chocolate ganache.

They will be given away as a gift. I hope that the recipient will be happy and like them. 🙂
